This study uses a field research method with a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews and observations. Data validity testing uses source triangulation. The informants of this study were the caregivers, administrators, and students of the Manabi'ul Qur'an Melati Rahayuning Budi Islamic Boarding School. The results of the study indicate that the form of implementation of humanistic education at the Manabi'ul Qur'an Melati Rahayuning Budi Islamic Boarding School is self-awareness and a sense of humanity, freedom to memorize the Qur'an according to ability, mutual respect, and no discrimination. This research aims to determine the differences between outdoor and indoor learning methods on students' science learning outcomes and to find out which learning between outdoor and indoor is able to improve student learning outcomes. This research uses quantitative experimental methods and designs using true experiments. The research sample was 40 students from VA and VB classes and was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Learning outcome data is obtained from posttest scores. The results of the outdoor learning method test obtained an Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 (α=5%), and analysis of student learning outcomes obtained an Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 (α=5%). This shows that there is a difference in students' science learning outcomes between using the outdoor method and using the indoor method on green plant material for class V MI Al Hanafiyah Mojowarno Jombang. This type of research is included in field research using qualitative methods and a phenomenological approach. The research results are as follows. First, the Al Fatih Method is a new method in learning the yellow book. This method is one of the accelerated methods in reading the yellow book. The application of the Al Fatih method in this acceleration program includes three stages, namely understanding the material, practice and evaluation. Second, factors that support and hinder the application of the Al Fatih method. Supporting factors are learning methods, teaching staff, social environment, adequate facilities and infrastructure. Conclusions of<br>This research covers the role of Islamic religious education teachers at SMPN 03 Maesan<br>providing material for aqidah education, sharia education and moral education. Third<br>Islamic religious education material is always provided well so that students have<br>understand and apply the main points contained therein<br>everyday life.
